In July 2023, CK AGENCY signed an 1 year sports business development contractor agreement with Helios Hotels Group for Kalimera Kriti Hotel & Village Resort, in Crete, Greece. In the contractor agreement’s framework, CK AGENCY duties are to provide services in
a. communication planning in Greek and international sports and general digital media and tv stations, press releases
b. fam trip designing and implementation with tennis key persons from Greece and 10+ countries (club owners, presidents, head coaches)
c. networking of the global tennis map with differentiated organizations and individuals (national federations, regional associations, clubs, tennis promoters, tour operators, coaches associations, agencies, coaches, athletes, etc) from 10+ countries.
d. negotiation and closing of partnership deals with tennis organizations
e. designing of the Kalimera Kriti Hotel & Village Resort Tennis Center sponsorship deck, closing and implementation of the sponsorship deals
f. designing and implementation of the sports business development plan in football, both for the hotel residents and also for incoming football audience
g. designing and implementation of the sports business development plan in cycling, both for the hotel residents and also for incoming football audience
h. designing and implementation of the sports business development plan in running, both for the hotel residents and also for incoming football audience
i. designing and implementation of the sports business development plan in sea sports, both for the hotel residents and also for incoming football audience
